Our Approach
Parent Training
We meet on secure Telehealth so sessions are both comfortable and accessible. Each meeting offers a supportive, confidential space where you can share concerns, ask questions, and practice strategies in real time.
We bring practical, evidence-based tools to each session that you can use right away—whether building or strengthening routines, easing mealtime stress, or smoothing daily transitions.
Parents often describe sessions as a safe and encouraging time to reflect, plan, and build confidence. You’ll leave with clear, personalized strategies, a renewed sense of support, and a fresh approach developed together—ready to navigate each day.
Parent-Child Sessions
In some cases, it can be especially helpful for your child to join sessions so we can better understand dynamics and context. Parent–child sessions offer an opportunity to work directly with you and your child, practicing strategies in real-time to strengthen communication, social skills, and daily routines.
Common challenges like bedtime, mealtimes, or transitions can feel overwhelming—so many families find it invaluable to receive timely input and guidance to shift patterns.
Each session is designed to be positive, engaging, and personalized to your child’s strengths—helping both you and your child build confidence, reduce stress, and create lasting progress together.
Family Support
Sometimes the most enduring changes happen when the whole family or combinations of family members learn and practice together. Family support sessions bring parent training strategies into your natural routines, focusing on real-life situations where growth can happen.
During these sessions, we work on strengthening communication, improving cooperation, and practicing skills together. The goal is to create routines that work for everyone—while opening the door to more positive, enjoyable interactions at home.
